Looking at cost though. For play factor would need at least 3 figures. Then the cardboard designs/printing aspect. You're looking at a 35-40 USD set as low ball estimate. Not exactly market friendly, and then how retailers sell it. Doesn't exactly do much as an eye catch unless you display it standing, then it takes up a ton of shelve space.

Maybe if it can be consolidated some to a one figure 20 USD small cardboard set. So the box is closer to Marvel legends standing size.

Something to experiment with maybe. Really not that different than the Primal convention release tbh.
Even the Star Wars cardboard play sets that come with one figure in a box roughly the size of a vehicle box are at about 40 bucks.
