I agree with you on the Barton upper torso being absolutely made for a 90's representation of Psylocke, as she was frequently drawn has having her costume almost literally painted on. Dagger would have also benefited from the Barton upper torso, as the cloth-like covering of the Silk upper torso looks more than a little odd with Dagger's cleavage showing cut-outs.

I agree 1000%, but then again this is Hasbro. Recycle & re-paint is ultimately the name of their game, and the only way they can get so much product out at the rate that they do.
