Yeah, this new line name came out of nowhere. I just saw AmiAmi's Rakuten page describing them:

Here comes an upgrade version of previous Ultra hero candy toy series, the brand new "Choudou Ultraman" series!
It doesn't only include weapons of the heroes, but also some structure items which can be displayed as diorama, such as buildings, trees and cars. Yo can enjoy recreating scenes as in the show!
