Try to find a review before you buy one. Both Jokers look kind of cheap and I would imagine that they'll have a weird paint/chemical smell. I got some KO Playmates TMNT figures a few years ago that were like that and they made my skin crawl when I touched them. I have had some success with KO Neca TMNT figures and factory seconds from China but I would still recommend being cautious.
