That said...this is a little hard to explain in text but; Get a fine point brush with small/short bristles. Dip it very lightly into the paint so there's just a small dollop on the very end - just a small little ball of paint. Then, before you do anything else, wipe the tip against the bottle until the drop is gone but there's still paint on the bristles. If you lose the 'point' rotate the brush against the bottle lip until you have a nice fine point again. Then just paint - slow and steady wins the day.

Don't use primer or white paint. That just obscures the plastic detail and the excess build up won't turn out well. At all. Plus you can't layer the paint properly over either of those, especially with lips, so it will be more frustrating than anything else by the time you finish.

And I'll say it again... practice and patience are key!
