A cheaper quicker resource would be the old school toy biz Akuma from the X-Men vs Street Fighter 2 packs. You'd also get his beads that way too. and cloth robes, but you can cut the head off and then dremel it to fit. It's already relatively to MU scale. If you want a secondary head for mouth open, I'd recommend that. Though tbh, there's a good chance Akuma might be a gamerverse pack character later too. Him, Sakura, and Chun-Li, maybe Cammy, Guile, and Bison are obvious choices. Besides a handful of other capcom characters available in the Marvel vs games like the excuse for Resident Evil GI Joe scale figures.
