AGAIN I SAY WITH CERTAINTY... if consumers took a stand against it with their dollars..(if it was that important). Watch how they WOULD provide bags again with some other explanation of why it's not bad for the environment, or the bags are bio-degradable, earth friendly, edible, or some nonsense or fancy term someone made up.
Our spending dollars are sooooo powerful...too bad it's not used to our advantage enough.

I'm gonna start carrying Walmart plastic bags in my pockets at all times..heh..
lawd knows I've got hundreds of them.
