I guess this is great for those who missed the initial releases of these figures, but I’ve got to say I’m not really digging this reveal. Then again the Laurie Strode reveal is a tough one to out due.

At this point however, the NES Jason has been done to death and the least they could have done with the NES Freddy figure is give it a music playing feature for the packaging as well given the price tag, especially since it doesn’t come with any accessories.

I have the original NES Freddy, plus both versions of the NES Jason and most of NECA’s NES releases, but honestly I stopped picking them up because they kind of stopped being appealing for me a long time ago.
