The AY line is never specifying which version of the character we are getting (at least not in the "first" wave of releases), they are just releasing them as "Marvel's Wolverine/Spiderman etc".
In my opinion, this is 100% AY. Just by looking at the figure. It’s out of proportion just like all the AY toy line (the longer torso, the bigger hips/legs). All the older Revol IM figs were made (or at least attempted to be made) with more “realistic” characteristics.

Also, In this case AY has to specify because there are 50 armors. A lot of the look alike so, people need to know what armor they’re getting.

Again, this is just my opinion and I’m in no way picking on you. You could be right. We’ll just have to wait and see.
