I think we’ll see a Roy next, followed by Uber Jason. They seem like the easiest. Parts 7, 8, 9, and non-uber Jason from 10 are all a lot more complex to sculpt, and I don’t think they could get away with reusing the bodies due to how different the zombie Jason looks were.

With rival companies producing horror figures of similar quality, I hope they don’t leave it too long before making part 7. That’s clearly the one most people want to see.

No, as Hodder's face is not visible in the tole of Jason. They only need likeness rights for roles where they are using an actors actual face. Most modern movies include likeness rights in the film license. but most older films did not, as merchandising R-rated or more obscure genre films wasn't seen as a profitable venture.
