Would've been nice to just make this a sewer pack - include the sewer, severed arm, and an extended Pennywise arm reaching out from the sewer.

Then they could have released a clown room pack later.

Part of me thinks they expect some to only buy the accessory pack since they can just pretend Pennywise is always hanging out in his sewer, but yeah this is an incredibly disappointing set.
