He may be a little small but he also comes with tailoring, accessories, and a body that can't be used on a non-Popeye figure. Even the wrist joints are unique.

I think the DKR Batman was $65 at first. Then releases were $70-75. Then they do their first Marvel figure, and that HAS to be $80 because of Hasbro's licensing. They actually kept DC figures at $75 for a while but looking at their releases; January 2017 everything is now $80.
So we can thank Hasbro and their licensing for the $80 standard price on all of these and then $85+ for exclusives.
