Merry Christmas fellow Arkers! I hope you all had a great one (provided you partake).

Michael Myers is a figure I've been eagerly waiting for since NECA revealed it and in hand I am not disappointed. While officially based on the 2018 movie it is still the same Michael design from 1978 just a bit dirtier. The LED jack-o-lantern is a fantastic touch and the flickering effect came out really well. I didn't include any pictures of it but damn the head-o-lantern is gruesome.

Optimal Optimus is my other highlight from the haul. It's just an all around fun Transformer that captures the essence of the original. To me Optimal Optimus is the best use of the "evolution" gimmick that Leaders in this line had since he can split into two functioning toys (Optimas Primal robot and Optimal Optimus gorilla).
