IMO they all go together since they all shared the graphic libraries of Virtua Fighter 2. While Virtua, Bronx, DOA, Vipers, and Megamix are all spiritual cousins (sharing the aforementioned VF2 engine) - Last Bronx was developed by Am3, hence the wonky fighting in comparison to the much smoother mechanics of the other games. Aesthetically speaking, none of Sega's fighting game characters were particularly slick looking. Sega always went for fighting style over flash. However, Mahler and B.M. are essentially Serpantor and would look pretty cool in figure form. Redeye could also work...

…now if we could get Storm to make characters from Golden Axe: The Duel, Dark Legend, and Waku Waku 7….we’d be golden!
