Well, I am pleasantly surprised by how much I like this. I think it turned out phenomenal. I have to admit that they did pretty good on the likeness. I know it isn't perfect but if you pull up the real shredder face things like his actual eyelid details are pretty close (little details like that). It is super hard to get likeness perfect. They did well. The issue I have is with the color choices. I think that throws it off way more than the sculpt. The figure is really pale and has lots of grey wash or something. The metal I wish was more metallic like the movie. The cape is perfection. I doubt I would display him with it most of the time though because I feel like the roof standoff is way more iconic. However, having the option is nice. Really good job they did here. NECA is ridiculous at what they do. Nothing else is even comparable.
Now if they could just get the 7" TMNT figures to me we will be doing great. If they don't I am going to get back on here and express how bad I think this figure is and say all my 1/4 inch NECA figures legs broke off.
