In the Ted movies, Ted goes up till the crotch of Mark Wahlberg, so this is how I chose which version to buy, with Alfred as a measure

My Ted is standing 9 cm / 3,5" without ears. I think the Figma one is only 5 cm which would make him about 2". In youtube review videos you can also measure by the size of the hands of the guys holding him.

The Figma one comes with different arms / paws and legs for different poses and so he can sit better but has no elbow joints.

Is there a figure of the AI kid?
