I haven't tried them myself, but I've heard people say that no, one stand doesn't completely steady all 6" figures, particularly the bigger ones or ones that you put into unsteady poses. But I've heard those people say that if you use two stands--one for each foot--then usually they do work well. I'm still thinking about buying some for this reason, one stand per foot with wide-stance dynamic poses may work well and be your only real option in some poses. But I may not need to try them if the Can of Beams hex stands work well enough.

But like I said in my last post the Marauder stands don't fit all figures. I'm not sure yet how many different peg hole sizes Hasbro has done, but I wish they'd standardize this more.
