In my opinion, the Marvel Studios: Thor The Mighty Avenger – Loki fig is vastly superior even with less articulation. The previous version has some real funky hips with no thigh cut and craptacular ankles - no doubt – but the sculpted detail and stellar canon face more than make up for those small warts. Beyond the bad taste the simplistic paint-deco leaves, his horns should have been better, which I only bring up because it wouldn’t have been very difficult to nail that. The face also should have been reasonably easy to cobble; even Malekith has a more sinister and effective sneer…and what’s with the overbite? The eyes look to be set a little wider apart than I’d like; aesthetically speaking, he fuglier than he should be. Additionally, I could also do with some spell casting hands.

I agree. I personally like that Loki better. I figure I'll keep that one with my Asguard characters while the upcoming one will be placed with my Avenger villains. I love hearing other people's opinions as well when it comes to these toys. It makes for good conversation.
