Yeah I tried refreshing, even on different windows of Chrome, but the button was effectively dead. On IE when I added the turle set after getting logged in there was a black Update Cart button beside Checkout that wasn't in Chrome that I'm not sure mattered or not. IE worked but it's super slow by comparison.

I did precisely that and worked for me.
Only thing is I am shipping to a business address but by mistake selected fedex home. Anyone knows if this can be an issue?

It never changed color from blue for me, what is it changing to?
