Quick review of the new Avengers wave:

Rock Python: To me, this is the most boring figure in the wave. I admit that I'm an SS fan and that's probably part of it. But overall, I can't really find anything positive or exciting to say about this figure other than he seems like a sturdy figure.

Union Jack: Another character that I'm unfamiliar with but he seems decent despite being on the Bucky Cap body. There are a few spots where it looks like the red and white paints need to be touched up.

Shuri: I'm assuming that this figure is based on her Endgame appearance. The overall look is pretty similar to what she wore in the final battle of Black Panther but it looks like they replaced the blue sections of her costume with black. As a result, the costume looks a little plain.

Rescue: I was initially indifferent to this figure but the more that I've messed with it, the more I like it. She has really great range of movement in the neck so you can get her head back for flight poses. I also like that the wings are a removable backpack rather than a hinged piece that might pop off. The only thing that I'm no crazy about is the gold paint. There doesn't seem to be any on the Hot Toys figure so I would assume this was how the armor looked when they were creating the concept art for the movie. Fortunately, it should be easy to paint over that with silver paint.

Loki: I know some people didn't like the Captain America body being used for Loki but I think it turned out pretty well. He's a little smaller than Beta Ray Bill (and I would assume that he'll be smaller than the 80th Ann. Thor) but bigger than most standard males which seems pretty good for Loki. The paint work on his scale armor is pretty clean and I love the shades of green and yellow that Hasbro chose.

Beta Ray Bill: Costume choice aside, Bill turned out really nice. I think this is my favorite head sculpt of Beta Ray Bill. The Toy Biz and Marvel Universe versions always seemed a little off to me. And yes, the jaw is articulated. I don't remember who said first but Stormbreaker is too big. The inaccuracy doesn't bother me all that much but his right wrist has trouble supporting the hammer, causing his hand to spin towards the ground. Hopefully some Futures polish will help with that.

War Machine: I sold my IM2 War Machine a while back and never picked up the Civil War version so I'm really happy to have this one. The hinge joints at his neck and shoulders are limited in their range but all of the other joints have decent ROM, even the hips. The armor details also look pretty sharp on this figure.

Hulk: This is their best MCU Hulk to date. Oddly enough, I like the smiling head more than the solemn head. But I would love to see a store exclusive come with an angry head for this figure since the overall look of this figure is the savage rather than the professor. The skin texture and shade of green seems to match over the entire figure and his proportions seem more natural than previous figures.
