New Line is pulling all rights from companies to Nightmare On Elm Street. Mego mentioned it a couple months back, and then NECA mentioned it a couple weeks ago. No explanation has been given, but it's affecting multiple companies.

As for Friday The 13th, there's been a massive ongoing lawsuit between Paramount and the writer of the original film. NECA has been able to circumvent this a bit, due to having a bunch in the works prior to the lawsuit. But, with it ongoing, it's finally caught up to them.
