Did you get an order number when you placed the order? If it just sent you back to the account page that lists your orders then unfortunately it is likely your order didn't go through. what about waitlist orders??

from my past experience, if you click waitlist, they ask for your email.

However, this time, I clicked waitlist for Gomez street and it took me to an order page and made me pay to get on the waitlist....I've been sent a confirmation email with all the charges. I have an order number and everything. Under the items orders list, it says both "waitlist" and "ships august 2019".

Totally confused as to what this means. Also, I feel like I'm crazy, has the waitlist always required credit card info?
