Shinzer02- For me a ML display really just has two main requirements- it has to be fun to look at and explore, and DO NOT OVERCROWD! lolz. SpiderMan was getting too crowded so I pulled out the gangsters- Avengers is just on the cusp of too crowded but I think it can hold for a while. Basically, just because you own a figure doesn't mean it need to be displayed. And try to tell a story with the shelf if you can just to make it more fun to look at. Detolf are super easy to build foam dios for to give a base and background to your figures along with filling in some of that empty space.

Unfortunately the 90's Team has room in front of it and it tends to get things I'm working with stacked there-

...and this is the picture dio area that tends to get stuff I want to take pictures of scattered around it. Along with ML I also collect StarWars 6in, DC figures, Storm Collectibles, NECA figures, SH MonsterArts, HotToys, MOTUC... and whatever else catches my eye (which I try to keep to a minimum due to space)- I have toys in the gameroom and "gym" as well but those are 90% other collections

Oh yeah- and i hate "duplicates" in a display- so for me seeing two wolverines or Jean Grey or Cyclops, Deadpool, etc etc etc... Total pet peeve seeing that on a shelf. lolz (unless it's specifically a character collection it just makes no sense) HA!

But just set your shelves up to YOUR standards of what works for you and you can't go wrong...
