No they don't. I haven't had to pay for a single preorder upfront. Or are you saying they give you that option?

Doubt it.

No, there was a coupon code that popped up on the submission screen that said you needed to copy down the code before closing the browser screen.

I want to say it was fandom52019, but I'm not sure if that code was for me specifically or if that was a general code.

Wow, that sounds bad. I had a store once I ordered a figure from that stated it was in stock on a Saturday and I kind of needed the figure by that following Wed, so I paid $15 for overnight delivery. The confirmation email said it would be shipped out within 24 business hours, so Monday or Tuesday.

The following weekend comes along and my figure still hadn't been shipped out. I emailed them and then the Thursday after that they said they were waiting for the figure to be restocked before they fulfilled my order, which would be in 2-3 weeks.

Suffice to say I forced them to refund me and never ordered from them again. I think the store was called Toysnjoys or something like that.
