Not poo'poo'ing, I'd love a complete Brotherhood line-up, but are there enough recognizable members left to fill spots for an entirely Brotherhood themed wave? Outside of Avalanche, Pyro, and the Blob, most of them have been remade. While fans would flip, I can't really see Destiny getting made...although that extra head with Emma did make me wonder who they could deliver with a close enough costume to allow for a kit-bash and Irene fits that bill. Maybe they could splice together a Brotherhood/Hellfire Club wave. We've only been waiting a decade+ for the Hellfire Club goons since Toy Biz teased them for wave 13 ("Henchmen series"), which ended up becoming the Onslaught wave.
