so it's NOT really store by store, in the system these two packs are not part of that deal.. even though is says ALL ACTION FIGURES.

i'm cool peeps with a lot of GS workers (i'm a pleasant fellow) so i knew it would just be a matter of time before i found s store that would do it.

Second store wouldn't do it..
