Much as I'd prefer not to, I can't help but think male stripper every time I look at my MOTU Classics collection. There's not much about the He-Man design that smacks of actual barbarian warrior, not when your chest 'armor' is designed to show off your nipples more than to stop an axe, and when you're exposing that much skin while running around in furry boots and skimpy loincloth.

A lot of costumes/uniforms from the comics and toons of my childhood have not aged well.

However, I think this updating of the classic toy design is a nifty idea, as far as lighting up my nostalgia.
