I still think fondly of that first action figure thread at the Gateworld forum back in Stargate times. It's where I learnt how to custom figures. That you can take off heads with hot water etc. Doing repaints.

I have a question. Are these figures made from plastic or metal? I am waiting for the Orville game coming out and wonder if I took a sharp knife if I could cut them away from the base. I really only want the figures, I don't even know how to play the game (or with whom). Although some have pointed out that at this scale the molding and painting would not be very good, I saw the Kirk one and you barely could recognize him but I am really desperate And yours look rather nice from this distance at least.
