Rumored yes, but Curto has put out lists from the past that turned out to be legit, he was also first in revealing certain Hasbro prototypes a few few years back. The waves 3 and 4 lineups that we saw listed might change, but the figures listed might all be legit.

A few years back, he had made a list for Hasbro Marvel Legends, and IIRC, most of those figures ended up in the Target exclusive wave for 2008.

I'm pretty sure that they were also the first site to report (a year too early) that Hasbro was working on the Marvel Universe 3 3/4" line.
