Except at a lot of brick and mortar stores they no longer will allow you to price match against Amazon's prices. Especially Walmart, as they have refused me in the past when I have tried. I believe Target (officially) no longer accepts these type of price matches against Amazon as well.

So like BB said...it really does depend on whether the cashier is actually following company policies or just trying to hurry the line along because they don't feel like disputing a 2 or 3 dollar difference over a toy.
