Her height alone might work for someone like Tara from Titan's Judas Contract story line. The head proportion is too small. Harley's head size would work better since the torso still scales ok.

Wonder Woman suffers the same problems and others like trying to get her to hold the buckler.

I'm considering swapping heads, arms/or forearms and hands. I don't know if HIya is coming out with a better version.

Attach a pic with different female figures and heads next to the Supergirl. Harley is the best of the females in this line so far.

Marvel Universe figures had their proportion issues as well.
