Would you mind giving me exact instructions as to how you did the arm mod? And how did you handle all the extra hardware on his left arm? I'd love to try it.
1. Arms are Absorbing man arms from the Edge of the Spider Verse Spider-Man. One is clean and the other is painted to look metal. Clean of the "metal" paint with acetone.
2. Pop the arms of the Doom figure by warming it up in hot water. Also remove the top part of the absorbing man arms.
3. Using a drill bit or a thin dremel bit widen the socket of the absorbing man arms so they fit onto the Doom slayer joints. Don't overdo it just enough to heat it up and pop it on.
4. Wrist guards come off Doom slayers arms. You want to Dremel down the absorbing man forearms so you can slip on the wrist guards without tearing them. I cut back the wrist area a bit more for a cleaner fit.
5. Doom slayer hands easily pop into absorbing man forearms so no mods needed there.
6. Elbow pads. I denied out a slot to plug them in. You could also cut off the peg and glue them on.
7. Left arm has a strap which can be taken off original figures arms with a little heat. Take this off and glue it to the absorbing man arms.
Anyway, not my idea was on another forum. Method wasn't explained so there may be other better ways.
