For me, I have had:

- The waist/crotch joint break on Gokai Green, Gokai Red, and Shinken Red.

- Wrist pegs fall apart or be broken on Ultraman and Gavan when I first took them out of the package.

- Loose joints on 4 different forms of Kamen Rider OOO, Freeza, Cell, Saiyan Vegeta, and Dragon Ranger.

- Cracked elbow joints on Sailor Mars, Sailor Saturn, and Sailor Uranus.

- Derpy eyes on Godzilla 94 and Godzilla 2002.

- Body parts falling apart on Godzilla 64, Ghidorah 91, Adult Battra, Space Godzilla, and MechaGodzilla 93.

- King Kong had his left arm's elbow joint break off.

- Gamera's right leg joint was broken in package.

- Ptera Ranger/MMPR Pink has 4 different shades of pink all over her body, with all four shades showing up on her right arm.

- Broken Ranger Slinger in package.
