...I am amazed, this figure is awesome! Now like most of you, I wanted this figure for a few reasons:
Wanted a bike for Marvel Universe Ghost Rider...who doesn't have a bike. Le sigh
I like Hasbro's Marvel Transformers(most of them)
It's the newest Marvel TF and I'm not sure who else is coming
So all new mold, cool character, and GR needing a bike? WANT!
Let's get the bad news out of the way 1st, 1st off,
this figure in bike mode is too big for Marvel Universe Ghost Rider to sit on
. The ideal bike for MU Ghost Rider is something a little bigger than Brimstone from HFTD. This bike seems like it might be okay with the Marvel Legends 6" Ghost Riders.
The articulation is decent. Right elbow has more range of motion than the left. Left shoulder has good range of movement but the shield somewhat restricts it(not my much though). Some steps are left out of the manual, but they are easy to figure out. Knees have decent range, but I wish they could bend back more.
The front wheel has a gimmick reminiscent of the Cyber-key gimmick from Transformers Cybertron. Plus in one end of the Ghost Rider chain into the wheel, and fire blades pop out! Pretty cool activation.
Definitely one of the best Marvel Transformers, and arguably the best one released this year. I found mine at Walmart(just 1).
