It's as simple as this:l I buy large collections and then sell them off one at a time. It's that simple. No I don't go grab exclusives and flip them at 3x prices. I'm not sure why you care so little about the value of your collection, I certainly do. I do very, very well at this. They aren't toys. They aren't just toys, they are collectibles and the backbone of the entire toy industry. I am a completist so I like to finish collections, which I have done a few. If I am going to spend that much money on something,, then I want to hold its value. Not sure why you don't care about their value, but that's totally fine. I'm trying to a have a civil conversation about this and you taking cheap shots isn't helpful. Collector values are the bedrock of the business. If people buy things and their value drops to zero, I guarantee you they stop collecting. What is so difficult to understand about this? But I applaud you on your carefree money approach. I consider myself a caretaker and custodian of these beautiful pieces, their craftsmanship and their respective stories. If you think they are just a bunch of $20 toys, then I am talking to the wrong person. For the record, I collect DC Universe Classics, DC Superheroes and Mezco One:12. If you don't give a crap about their value please stop responding to my posts.
Jesus H Macy, you are insufferable. This obviously isn't the right forum for such an elite and distinguished collector such as you, maybe you should take your wealth of knowledge elsewhere...
