Just looked up the original 3.75 red-guardian...damn. While I prefer the cut of that figure, I'm shocked you when that far just to have it have the waist. I would've either just repainted a DD figure or just stick with the diaphragm joint and swivel elbows and just added ankle joints.

Great job, I prefer this look over all in regards to the shield and simplicity. Might make use of my leftover DD and Capt Shield once I get home in hype for the movie.
