The regular, green Hulk will probably be the BAF for the Avengers game wave. Hopefully he'll come with both sets of hands shown with Outback Hulk. And a really nice angry head sculpt.

It's one of the alternate costume for Hulk in the game. It was shown along with a green version of Joe Fixit.

You could get rid of the tats with some nail polish remover. Most of the parts are probably cast in grey or black plastic.
