So much so that I just keep him in a vanilla pose. Ive had issues with other Mafex figures where-straight out of the box-stuff just falls off and limbs go limp and I don't want to risk it with Fett.
The SHF on the other hand, I have no problem handling and putting into poses and stuff. I'd say that for all of my SHF figures actually.
Btw, didn't realize he was going for that much, might look into that...
Lol i didnt realize either, I'm totally looking into that now XD Thought about selling it as soon as I got the SHF. It was a placeholder till SHF finally did theirs.

Definitely right on about the posing differences. The SHF is slightly smaller too. I think that helps it balance and get into more poses than the Mafex. It feels more solid somehow.
I think the paint job is cooler on the SHF too. It's a little more "toy-etic" as we all call it now. It pops. The Mafex feels a bit dull. Maybe that's more movie accurate?
The cape part was a big deal to me. The Mafex cape feels a little weak and has an issue with the plastic curling. It hurts the illusion. The SHF cape stays solid, feels solid, and looks more convincing overall.

Those are the things off the top of my head. If I compared them together there would be some more things. I remember thinking SHF fixed all the problems I had with the Mafex. The Mafex is by nooooo means bad. It's probably why I haven't sold it. I'm still clinging to it! I usually dump redundancies fast to get more fig cash. Testament to it's quality I guess.
