I believe there was a rumor a few months back that this was coming. I'm hoping Hot Toys also does comic based versions but it seems that either the movie stuff sells better or at least they have an easier time acquiring the licenses.

I'm REALLY curious to see how this figure is going to hold poses. It doesn't look like it's made from rubber, maybe some elastic cloth? Batman can get away being made of rubber because he's not supposed to be super flexible but Spiderman is supposed to be super flexible, with many of his signature images being ones where he is holding a dynamic pose.
