The eyes weren't lined up with the mask. I peeled the hood off and the mask isn't even glued on. It slides right off for easy adjustment.

I just discovered this thread. Sorry to pull up an old post, but I was wondering, how hard was it to remove the hood on Dr Doom? I wanted to remove the hood but I'm worried about breaking it as I see green on the top of the peg, so I was wondering if you ripped it out or did it just come off the hood with heat? Sorry, the forum won't let me post link so I can't attach the original photo. It was Post #60426
