To each their own, but technically the Hawkeye in that wave is actually Clint Barton.

It appears to be based off of his "Heroic Age" appearance and goes along with their release of Mockingbird in the Red Onslaught wave. Though the costume's not that appealing and close enough to Bullseye's look from "Dark Reign", so most just fudge him in there.

The real tell, that this is actually Clint and not Bullseye, is the figure's exposed skin on the non-armored arm. Clint's known for his "Sun's Out, Guns Out" aesthetic, but Bullseye's "Hawkeye" costume actually covers the skin of his entire body sans eyes and mouth, a mirroring of the degenerate's classic costume.
