I didn't ask you to explain anything, as any dullard would already be fully aware of everything you just wasted your time typing out. I mean gee, a company with a solid footing at retail would have lower prices than a company that only sells in specialty shops? Get outta here!

My point was/is that I don't give a shit how many stores a given company is/isn't selling in; that doesn't change the value I'm getting for my dollar. I think a $30-$35 NECA Ultimate figure is a far better value than a Super7 5POA for $18. It's not even close. And Mezco's One:12 line is creeping up and up in price (it's averaging $100+ now), and I suspect they wouldn't be charging much less if they DID have a firm foothold in retail.

Speaking of which, I have been encountering Super7 and Mezco stuff at malls lately (well, before COVID-19 closed them all, anyway), so they're both expanding into retail as well. Not really seeing their prices going down any, however.
