You don't need to destroy anything.
1. Take the vest part off Captain Marvel
2. Remove both figure's heads
3. Heat both upper torsos with hot water or a hair dryer
4. Pop off arms
5. Put vest on Psylocke
6. Pop in jacket arms

All totally reversible.
