I do have to say that I did buy the BAB Jumbo Snorlax that was on their site exclusively, which was a $100, but that paid for itself when I got rid of the first version of the BAB Snorlax.

But I think that happened because less people gave the HasLab idea much thought that first time and many missed out, as well as I also think there's likely a disconnect for what people are selling them for second hand on eBay versus what people are actually spending to buy them.

Agree with this, Sail Barge and even Unicron will jump in price due to the limits of how many were made...Sentinel on the other hand not so, just by looking at the amount of it.
