I liked the Skull Island figures a lot more than these but they're not 100% terrible. I dig the battle damage Kong a lot. Plus they look way better than their TMNT lines. How have they been doing those for over 30 years and they still don't look as good as these?

EDIT: Speaking of battle damage, I asked a Playmates rep eons ago why there were no battle damage turtles since there hundreds of toy lines with that very concept. I even pointed out that I wasn't looking for missing chunks of flesh like Kong here or the Jurassic Park lines, just maybe some bandages on the turtles, broken foot-bots or a Terminator-esque damaged Ch'rell Saki, or even just like Casey with a cracked mask and rips in his shirt. I was told they couldn't do it because it was "for children". When I pointed out that (the currently running show at the time, 2003) had Leo get five ways to fucked up a couple of times (not in so many words) more than once and the Foot and Ch'rell examples were directly from the shows they're selling toys on (Foot actually from the previous, MORE kid-friendly show), I got no response.
