@Vex - I collect my Marvel Legends based on characters I know and like. It's that simple. There are a ton of Marvel Legends over the years I was never able to find and buy, but Hasbro being Hasbro, I'm sure we'll see remakes of them eventually. My family and I moved twice in 2017 and lost two-thirds of our belongings because of both moves, so a good chunk of my collection from my early childhood to 2017-present-day is gone, including Toy Biz Marvel figures, classic Masters of the Universe figures (seven of which were Mint In Box), classic Bandai Mighty Morphin Power Rangers items, Toy Biz Marvel Legends, Hasbro Marvel Legends, and more. I still can't write/talk about that for long.

Back on-topic, for characters I collect/buy, it also boils down to five important factors for me:
1.) Affordability, since I'm perpetually broke
2.) Whether it's easy to find or not, as most times whatever's out sells out before I can find out about it/pre-order it or if it's an infuriatingly hard-to-find store exclusive
3.) What accessories, or lack thereof, does the toy come with
4.) How good/bad is the quality control (or if they have metallic paint for no reason, which doesn't make them fit in with the rest of the wave of figures it came with)
5.) What costume/version of said character it is

I personally love anything from Marvel from the Silver Age up until the mid/late 90s. Nothing after 2000, with the exception of the J.M.S. and Paul Jenkins pre-Sins Past/Civil War/One More Day eras of Spider-Man, has really caught my attention. Spider-Man is my all-time favorite hero, so any classic Spidey costumes, classic villains, classic heroes and classic supporting characters (I'd still love to see more civilian characters period from all of Marvel's comics, from J. Jonah Jameson and Rick Jones to Moira MacTaggert). I also love the Avengers (Captain America, Thor, Iron Man, Wasp, Falcon, Scarlet Witch, etc.), Daredevil, the Fantastic Four, The Incredible Hulk and the X-Men, so any characters from 1961 to 1999 is fine with me. It's just a matter of waiting for characters X/Y/Z/ to get their turn being made into Marvel Legends figures (Negative Zone suit Fantastic Four, classic red suit Daredevil, classic Falcon, classic Miss Marvel, John Romita Sr. Doc Ock with bendy wire tentacles, Romita Sr. art first appearance Mary Jane Watson, 90s Jim Lee Cyclops with an optic blast accessory, classic Luke Cage, a John Byrne era scaly-chainmail Captain America with a smiling head since every Cap figure in recent years have have serious/angry/constipated-looking face sculpts, and the many, many, many other wish-listed items I've repeated here over the last few months and repeated online for the past few years). For more modern stuff, I'm not as interested in most Gamerverse figures (and I still can't get excited by the upcoming Avengers game and still think the suits/graphics look terrible), it's buy-or-pass when it comes to which M.C.U. characters are made into figures, and I'll get excited by classic Marvel movie figures like the Fox-Men and (fingers crossed) Sony Spider-Man trilogy when I see who/what is made.

Finally, after seeing the Rogue and Pyro two-pack, I'm personally going to pass. Pyro doesn't look as good as I'd hoped he would, the paint doesn't look as good, and the new Rogue is from an era I didn't like. I still think there are a good chunk of Toy Biz Marvel Legends figures hold up well. Maybe not as well compared to Hasbro's Marvel Legends in most cases recently (and everyone can agree that every Hasbro Legend looks better than Toy Biz's Toad), but the paint apps usually were very good, the articulation and accessories were good, and they had pretty good sculpting. Figures like Pyro, the Green Goblin and Captain America (with straps inside his shield, which aren't usually found these days with most Cap figures) still look as good to me now as they did then.

Personally, for now, if we don't get any more reveals for a while considering COVID put a wrench in everything and their planned-for-this-year waves like Eternals got delayed/pushed back, I won't be too upset. I'm still thrilled that my older sister surprised me with pre-ordering the rest of the vintage/retro Spider-Man wave figures I couldn't get (Spider-Man, Green Goblin and Mysterio, respectively). My sister is awesome.

Thanks for reading my rant and I hope you all have a great day. Stay safe, everyone.
