It's usually cheaper and faster to buy figures from Amiami, HLJ, or Amazon JP. BBTS naturally will get figures after them and will charge more for them since they are importing them. On the flip side, it will probably be easier dealing with BBTS if you have any issues with a figure or you want to cancel a preorder. I've heard that Amiami will cancel your account if you try to cancel a preorder. And due to COVID-19, the Japanese post office shut down for a couple of months so the only way to get figures out of Japan was DHL (the more expensive shipping option). I wasn't aware of that when I paid for my Mafex Cyclops and he sat in the Tokyo post office for 2 months.
