The Necastore is a good start but yeah customer service, shipping prices and release dates.
I feel a good number of people would have preferred to preorder these two items together an pay for shipping them together. If NECA really wanted to start righting the boat. They'd reach out to customer. Combine any open preorders, refund, and add something extra to upcoming ones. Pulling an all sales are final and then pulling this is a bit tacky.
I don't think anyone reaches out to the customer like that. Besides, the made to order model's biggest set back is you preorder something you pay for it up front shipping and all, so there is no combining orders with other orders. It's a little annoying, but paying for shipping for each order is still better than paying secondary market prices.
