The boxes are very large, and so there is a lot of protection. The Alita Prime1 box for deluxe was 90x65x65 cm. Some pieces come in multiple boxes too. Even then, you could have some breakages, and then you have to contact them and they will send you a replacement part. Since this is a high end market, the service tends to be more (relatively speaking) responsive too. If it is not something that can be replaced as a part, they ask you to destroy your statue, send proof, and then send you a brand new replacement

They really ask you to destroy the (possibly very slightly) damaged one? That seems wasteful.
