The Power Team Elite guy is not technically a GI JOE, but Power Team Elite by M & C Toy Centre. No idea which one.

It's hard to tell. They were issued with different heads (plus the uniforms are changeable) and I'm not sure if the camo fabric was random or specific for releases. I pretty sure they are not Desert Storm figures, because I think all the figures released for that conflict used the "chocolate chip cookie dough camo", different from the desert camo on your figures.

I'm noticing the first figures boots don't match the US ARMY DESERT figures in the auctions.
